This months winner was Allan Blight, his truck is an orange MAN 4x2 with a flatbed trailer. For ESC sound and light it uses a Tamiya MFU 3.

Allan bought the truck second hand in a different colour and needing a bit of TLC. With the help of another club member the cab was stripped of the old colour fettled and repainted in orange. From there Allan added his own customisation both inside and out. He has added an aircon unit, spot bar with michelin men , beacon bar, and a bull bar. Alloy wheels add a bit of bling. Final touches include decals and internal details in the form of a driver, curtains, magazines and some internal lighting options.

The trailer is self built and in the picture it is shown as a flatbed but it was designed so that the bed can easily be removed and swapped with other load carrying options. There is an auxiliary supply which connects with the selected load via a two pin slide in connector. This makes for a versatile trailer and gives a host of options for the future.

One of the great things about a flatbed is that you can let your mind run wild with load options such as palletted loads, steels, machinery etc. The trailer is running light at the moment. Look out for new loads.
