This months featured truck winner was Toby Cole, He put forward his dad's  (Ryan's) Truck. The truck is modelled on a real life truck owned by MLC transport and based in Cheltenham. Most of their fleet is blue but the T cab is a shade of grey. MLC provided the paint codes for the truck.

The model started life as an R620 kit. It had its chassis stretched and a T cab front end added. That sounds simple but it adds a lot of work on the cab and then the chassis sides etc. On top of all these mods it has a working tag axle, Toby says it drives nicely but I suspect it needs a bit of room when cornering and the tag makes corners easier. The model has extensive aftermarket additions including side markers, spotlights, Michelin men, twin exhaust stack. A base level GT power unit provides drive and lighting but as it will only support a limited number of additions it is due to be replaced with a GT power pro version.

Th trailer is again modelled on a real life one, once you start looking you will see all the additions! The trailer lighting is currently on a switch, and it does not have working side/brakes/indicators (Yet!).

The paint codes were supplied and whilst some Halfords stores now do mix paints, Ryan elected to go to Bryan Brothers for his. He told us that the paint went on really well and you can see that the finish is excellent.

The whole rig is stunning.
