Introduction
The Club Secretary and Chairman conducted a risk assessment of Haywood Academy Hall on 26th July 2021 to control the risks to Club Members using the hall.
The Club Committee does not have a legal requirement to record the findings of this risk, but there are sound legal and business reasons to record the findings and mitigations of the risk assessment.
The Club Committee and Members have a duty of care to themselves and others to provide a safe environment for Club meets.
The Club Committee have a duty to ensure any risks identified are mitigated or removed where practicable, and all members and visitors are made aware of any identified risks and mitigations.

· Models moving around layout – all models are to be driven carefully around pedestrians.
