Meeting Rules

In order to maintain your safety and preserve the condition of the premises we ask that you follow these simple rules:

• No Smoking Or Vaping on Academy Premises up to and including the boundary fence. If smoking or vaping outside this area please respect local residents and take your litter with you.
• Only soft soled, non marking shoes are permitted in the hall
• No Metal tracked vehicles are permitted on the hall floor OR the layout rubber
• No Running on the premises
• Keep off ALL gym equipment, mounted on the walls or stored in the hall
• There is no access outside the external hall doors, to the Academy Forest Area.
• No food or drink to be taken into the hall. Eating and drinking is only permitted in the Woodspring Service Area. Please refrain from walking around whilst eating or drinking.
• You are responsible for your own litter and rubbish. Take it home with you for disposal
• Vehicles are permitted in the marked car park area only. You may not drive on any of the pedestrian paved or block paved areas.
