West Country RC Truckers Club Complaints Procedure

We want you to be happy with your experience at West Country RC Truckers Club and how we do things. However, we understand that sometimes we might not get things right or something upsets or annoys you.

If you are unhappy about something at a meet or a show, please speak to one of the Club Directors, or Committee members as soon as you can.

Alternatively please email us at enquiries@westcountryrctruckersclub.org.uk.

We encourage comments, compliments, and complaints about the Club from our members and spectators. Your Feedback really matters and is welcomed to help us enhance what we do as a Club.

We are confident that when we are made aware of a problem, we will act to resolve your issue, as quickly as possible, and also to learn from our mistakes.

.The Club is committed to taking all complaints seriously by:

  • Making the process of complaining as straightforward and easy as possible and accessible to all.
  • Listening to and responding to all complaints.
  • Investigating all complaints in a through and professional manner.
  • Informing you of any outcome.
  • Using the information gathered to improve the Club and how we do things.
  • Ensuring confidentiality is preserved during the investigation of a complaint to safeguard the interests of everyone concerned unless disclosure is absolutely necessary to progress the complaint.

On receiving your complaint, Stu Loud will lead a thorough and fair review of your complaint and will speak to all parties concerned: this may involve contacting you for more information to support this process. Stu would contact you via the email address you registered on your Membership of the Club.

At the end of the investigation, you will be contacted in writing to inform you of one of the following outcomes of the investigation.

  • That your complaint was upheld, and the action the Club will take to remedy your issue.
  • That your complaint was rejected and the reason it was rejected.

This would normally be within 14 working days of receipt of your complaint.
